The Occupational Health Registry is accessible at https://rf.osu.edu/secure/ochre COM/OHS Faculty, students and staff must use their OSU Internet Username (last name.#) and password to access the Occupational Health Registry. If you cannot remember your password for your OSU account, or have not yet activated your OSU account, you may contact OSU Office of Information Technology at 688-HELP. Information about OSU OIT can be found at https://acctmgt.service.ohio-state.edu . If you have problems logging into the site with your OSU Username and password, you should address questions to the OSU Research Foundation Help Desk by phone at 688-8288, or via e-mail at rfhelpdesk@osu.edu.
